Auditor - Endicott

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor to join our team. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting field audits and investigations of employer accounts and records to ensure proper reporting of wages and payments of Unemployment Insurance contributions.

• Conduct field audits and investigations of employer accounts and records.
• Examine employers' financial records, gather information, and prepare written documentation.
• Contact employers to collect employer liabilities due the Department of Labor.

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, or taxation, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of professional experience in accounting / auditing or financial or field auditing, responsible for the full range of activities in the design and/or review, analysis and management of accounting systems.
• Possession of a currently valid Certified Public Accountant license and registration issued by New York State.

• Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders.
