Precinct Strategy Lead

As a senior leader in the industry, you'll have the opportunity to create and implement a precinct strategy that drives commercial objectives both short and long term.

About the Role

The purpose of this position is to lead the company's approach within precincts, translating and connecting precinct vision and investments into a strategic roadmap that maximizes share of wallet and partnerships with key customers and government groups.

This role will involve:

  • Developing a comprehensive business plan that aligns with company objectives, leading contracts and proposals at the precinct level.
  • Articulating a long-term strategic roadmap while efficiently driving short and mid-term projects.
  • Cultivating and expanding positive relationships with precinct customers and working in collaboration with the senior leadership team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Science or Business, with an MBA highly desirable.
  • Validated experience as a consultant or senior commercial professional in the life sciences or healthcare sectors.
  • A proven track record of achieving success in a focused and fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires regular travel (20-30%) to engage with customers and partners, as well as adherence to Occupational Health and Safety policies to ensure a safe and collaborative workplace.
