Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Materials Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing materials data from identification of requirement through to final delivery.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP.
  • Support project teams to ensure materials availability in line with construction schedules and constructability requirements.
  • Plan and forecast material requirements to ensure effective allocation and reporting to site teams for delays and upcoming materials.
  • Expediting critical or priority items as required.
  • Receipt materials into SAP.
  • Manage the materials control function for materials and equipment received, handled, and issued through project laydown yards and sites.
  • Inspect and verify materials, equipment, documentation to ensure compliance with project technical and commercial requirements.
  • Issue materials and equipment to sites and returns to laydown yards to ensure accuracy of system and reporting information.
  • Be the site point of contact for material management and expediting to ensure ongoing project reporting.
  • Support engineering teams for import of MTOs and BOM data and create engineering requisitions in RFS.
  • Check integrity of data in RFS for conversion to purchase requisitions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely production/release of PRs.
  • Manage project commodity trees and subsequent codes.
