Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Weigh Master to join our dynamic team. This role involves accurately recording incoming and outgoing materials, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the team with daily sales and production reports.

Key Responsibilities:

\

- Operate truck scales and ticket all materials sold
- Interact with customers and haulers to ensure timely and accurate transactions
- Prepare and submit daily cash sales reports and deposits as required
- Compile daily sales and production reports for management review
- Conduct product gradation tests and prepare corresponding reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

\

- High School diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
- At least two years of experience working in an office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office and SAP
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work overtime as required
