We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our fabrication team. This role involves welding metal components with precision and consistency, helping us deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal parts and assemblies

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders

  • Set up welding machines based on job requirements and materials

  • Inspect and measure finished work to ensure it meets quality standards

  • Meet production levels and deadlines for each job

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding in a production environment

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Familiarity with shop tools, safety protocols, and general fabrication processes

Work Schedule

First shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (three-day weekends)

Second shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (three-day weekends)
