About this Role:

We are seeking a senior civil design professional to lead our team's design efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and developing civil designs, creating 3D models and drawings, and taking off quantities for estimating.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design and drafting using MicroStation and OpenRoads software and will be able to mentor junior designers by providing on-the-job training for their professional development.

The successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, graphic arts, reading of drawings, and reproduction methods used by the discipline.
