Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Providing appropriate evidenced-based clinical care
  • Supervising training junior medical staff to ensure appropriate provision of patient care
  • Conducting research in Nephrology
  • Demonstrating efficient utilization and management of resources as well as developing awareness of budgetary issues
  • Providing quality leadership based on evidenced-based practices and demonstrating enabling adequate communication to all stakeholders along the patient’s continuum of care
