Job Role:

  • Client-facing staff responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, including efficient check-in/check-out processes, room assignments and changes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, respond to requests, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Verify billing information, adjust rates as necessary, and ensure accuracy in payment processing.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping to maintain accurate room status and address guest concerns.
  • Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide change to guests.
  • Respond to guest calls, messages, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide directions and local information to guests.
  • Operate the front desk switchboard, answering and directing calls accordingly.
  • Run daily reports and maintain records of guest interactions.
  • Supervise and coordinate transportation services for guests and visitors.
  • Maintain a secure environment by following protocols for handling cash and valuables.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to management, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
  • Stay alert and focused throughout the shift, adhering to quality assurance standards.
  • Perform tasks that require physical stamina, including standing, walking, and lifting lightweight objects.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support business objectives.
