About the Role

As a key representative of our organisation, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers and visitors. You will be responsible for managing reception, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers and visitors by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of mail and coordination of courier services.
  • Maintain a clean and organised front desk and reception area at all times.
  • Offer administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Update and maintain company records and databases accurately.
  • Contribute to the team's success by assisting with ad-hoc tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools is also required. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are a must.

A customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanour is essential for this role.

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.
