Your Key RoleThe role provides strategic leadership across existing contact centre business functions and services, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, efficient processes, and service design. The role will work in partnership with contact centre leadership to develop, implement, manage, and evaluate new services into the contact centre environment.

- Development and implementation of new services into the contact centre environment
- Client-focused individual with strategic leadership and management experience
- Able to drive change and uplift performance
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
