Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Chirnside store. This is a permanent part-time role, with approximately 25-30 hours per week.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in leading a team of casuals, focusing on driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and coaching team members.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets, monitor store performance, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Motivate team members to meet KPIs and added value targets across stores.
  • Closely monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and individual development.
  • Ensure OH&S management adherence to state and national legislation.
