About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Governance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Data Governance framework. As a Senior Data Governance Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Data Governance principles, processes, and solutions to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Establish and maintain process controls and assessments on data-related compliance activities, such as Data Impact Assessments.
- Provide practical solutions to align Data Accountability standards and manage interdependencies with other Data Management teams.
- Streamline controls and processes to maximize efficiency on applicable policies and standards for Data Regulations.
- Conduct data-related compliance activities with stakeholders to assist them in meeting their duties.
- Oversee data management, including roles, responsibilities, accountabilities, controls, and processes in the Data Governance Framework.
- Develop and implement Data Quality initiatives to ensure high-quality data in data management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Data Governance, data quality, and data management practices, including data-related regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical, numerical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
- Good business analysis skills, including elicitation techniques and the ability to define requirements in complex environments.
- Ability to explore customer needs in a data-driven way and develop innovative solutions.
