About the Role
The Department of Government Services (DGS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Workforce Data Analyst to join its team. As a key member of the project team responsible for data compilation for the implementation of the new Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Success Factors, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transition of workforce data into the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage various data sources and develop a consistent data compilation approach to ensure accurate and reliable workforce data.
- Provide subject matter expertise in a fast-paced and complex environment, working across departments and entities to deliver quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of contemporary workforce data practices, systems, and reporting methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data needs for the HCM platform implementation.
- Lead and support workforce data-related aspects of the HCM project, including design, testing, and change impact assessments.
About You
- You must be able to demonstrate a strong ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across departments and entities.
- You should have experience leading and supporting workforce data-related aspects of the HCM project.
- You must be able to retrieve, analyze, cleanse, and transform workforce data from various sources into template workbooks for uploading into Success Factors HCM.
