About Our Client:

A prominent global consultancy is expanding its presence in Australia and seeks an accomplished Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert to drive strategic initiatives. This key role will play a pivotal part in supporting a leading client based in Melbourne, specializing in the production and supply of alternative medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee supply chain systems integration for optimal performance.
  • Provide expertise on various supply chain functions to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Melbourne-based client to deliver tailored supply chain solutions addressing their unique needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain project lifecycle from planning to execution and monitoring.
  • Train and support client staff on new systems and processes ensuring effective adoption.
  • Foster engagement with internal and external stakeholders to align projects with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Supply Chain SME with a strong background in systems implementation.
  • Deep understanding of various supply chain functions and their interdependencies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.

This is a 12-month contract engaging experts on a daily rate basis over a 12-month period. A competitive salary range of $120-$150 per hour reflects the high demand for skilled professionals in this field.
