  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate compliance-related activities, such as audits and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
