We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly organised individual to support employee lifecycle processes and deliver exceptional customer service in a unique environment that combines healthcare and aviation.
About the Job- Support the team by delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Work collaboratively with HR Advisors who are led by experienced Senior Business Partners.
- Producing employment contracts, reports, and other workforce-related documentation.
- Coordinating the employment changes and offboarding processes for employees.
- Updating and maintaining HR systems and files.
- Responding to people queries in an appropriate and timely manner.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- A strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Human Resources or Business qualifications (or working towards), or equivalent experience.
- An exceptional customer service approach and a can-do attitude.
- Proven experience in a generalist Human Resources function.
