We're seeking a proactive individual to manage expectations and build relationships across the business.

The Supply Chain Professional will support the Commercial Supply Chain function in ANZ, working collaboratively between Customer Experience and Warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Performing tasks relating to different Supply Chain areas, including report creation, system updates, inbound freight analysis, order management, and learning BI tools

• Working with regional and global Supply Chain teams to ensure interfaces are well maintained and understand end-to-end supply chain inter-dependencies

• Owning the full end-to-end process from order to delivery, delivering internal KPI targets across Supply Chain functions

• Delivering optimised customer service and product availability and cost to serve to respective commercial area

• Collaborating with external partners to monitor performance, improve, and drive service levels

• Delivering continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives

• Working collaboratively with sales colleagues to manage customer requirements

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Quality Assurance to ensure quality standards are met in ANZ Distribution networks

• Assisting management with month, quarter, and year-end closure activities as needed

About You:

• Has a keen interest in pursuing a career in Supply Chain

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation

• A high level of business and financial acumen and can confidently influence and negotiate with key stakeholders in an analytical and logical manner

• Highly organised to meet multiple deadlines and ability to prioritise while maintaining a positive rapport with key stakeholders

• Experienced with Excel

• Can use or learn systems, SAP, and Power BI
