Job Title: Customer Success ConsultantAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Consultant. As a key liaison for assigned clients, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Client Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive Program Success: Implement and manage new programs to boost user adoption, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Develop strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and advocating for their needs while balancing business objectives.
  • Empower Clients: Work closely with clients to set and achieve critical goals, enhancing their experience with our products and services.
  • Strategic Communication: Roll out impactful communication and engagement strategies, interpreting wellbeing data to offer actionable insights.
  • Upsell Opportunities: Identify and cultivate opportunities for upselling, contributing to mutual growth.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Advocate for client needs and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other key teams to ensure seamless service.
