Event Experience Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our venue team in Sydney. As the main point of contact for clients, you'll be responsible for preparing client/production and weekly sales meetings, administering weekly billing, and maintaining effective communication with our Accounts Department, other Sydney venues, and interstate offices.

Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Meetings: Prepare client/production and weekly sales meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Administrative Tasks: Administer weekly billing, manage client records, and maintain accurate financial data.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with our Accounts Department, other Sydney venues, and interstate offices through regular communication and updates.
