Nurse Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with individuals and professionals to ensure the health and clinical needs of residents are met, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The role involves providing nursing care aligned with residents' individualised needs, preferences, and choices, while maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
Key qualifications include Nursing Registration with AHPRA, night shift experience, and excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care that prioritises residents' well-being and dignity.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support informed care decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
- Demonstrate a respectful and empathetic approach in all interactions.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.

- Nursing Registration with AHPRA.
- 2+ years' nursing practice with residential aged care experience highly regarded.
