About the Role- Deliver direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures
- Lead the team, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
- Maintain a safe working environment to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, adhering to all policies and procedures
- Current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
- Strong clinical knowledge and comprehension of the aging process
- Effective coaching/training skills
- Conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Competent IT skills
