Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality of our software applications.

  • Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining automated test scripts using various tools and technologies.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and QA to design, implement, and track test coverage.
  • Additionally, you will capture and report on test metrics, results, and defect statuses throughout the lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, scripts, and status/closure reports.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts and integrate them within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, PMs, and SMEs to design, implement, and track test coverage.
  • Capture and report on test metrics, results, and defect statuses throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in automated software testing within product delivery.
  • 5+ years overall software testing experience.
  • Experience with integration and end-to-end testing.
  • Strong scripting and test design skills.
  • Prior experience working within Agile/DevOps teams.
