College Access Program Administrator

This role presents an opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to providing college and career access advising, financial aid counseling, and scholarship services to students from middle school through adulthood.
The Site Coordinator will work with students in grades 6-12, assisting them with discerning career and college goals, advising on college entrance exams, and guiding them through the financial aid process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide group and individual advisory services to students, including assistance with college entrance exams, financial aid applications, and scholarships.
- Recommend qualified high school seniors for scholarships and plan trips to expose students to colleges and universities.
- Attend advisor training and meetings, and provide support for various events and functions.
Essential Skills:
- High-level organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with adolescents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Applications and ability to enter data on advisory services.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of one year of experience in college access/financial aid or teaching adolescents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
