The Opportunity:

Join our Solid Waste Services team in Adelaide, Australia as a proactive Resource & Operations Coordinator. This role is critical to supporting long-term workforce stability and operational efficiency across one of our key client sites.

This role will act as the primary point of contact between Cleanaway and the Client, ensuring seamless coordination of waste services while maintaining strict adherence to environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate workforce planning and scheduling
  • Manage data accuracy and actionability
  • Ensure compliance and onboarding in high-risk or industrial environments
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

We're looking for strong experience in workforce coordination and operations scheduling in an industrial environment.
