About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide, SA.


In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day work scopes and managing on-site personnel, including blaster/painters, laggers, sheet metal workers (SMW), and rope access technicians.


You will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all project activities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage industrial services personnel on-site
  • Ensure all work is conducted safely and complies with relevant standards
  • Coordinate and supervise work scopes across blasting, painting, insulation, cladding, and rope access
  • Maintain project timelines and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support successful project delivery

Skills & Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in industrial services including blasting and painting, insulation and cladding, rope access, and general industrial operations


Strong leadership and communication abilities


Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment


Relevant certifications in industrial safety and project management


ICorr certification preferred


Must be a current resident of the Adelaide region
