We are seeking an experienced and skilled Staff Development Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing assessment of nursing staff's knowledge and skills, planning and implementing education and training programs, and participating in the planning and implementation of hospital-wide Staff Development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the knowledge and skills of nursing staff and identify areas for development
  • Develop and implement education and training programs to enhance nursing staff's skills and knowledge
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of hospital-wide Staff Development programs
  • Provide support for new staff, including orientation, coaching, and preceptorship
