About the role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking health care professionals to join our medical team.
- To provide high standard services that support and assist patients and residents to achieve maximum independence.
- To assist patients and residents to maintain their independence wherever possible and to provide daily care using a person-centred approach in accordance with the resident's individual care plans.
Hours of work will include shift work, weekends and public holidays.
Required Skills and QualificationsEssential requirements:
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Advanced communication skills
- High levels of energy
- Person centred approach
- Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
WDHS offers:
- EBA based remuneration

The successful candidate must have or obtain a National Criminal Police Check. Depending on the role, a Working with Children Check Clearance, Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check may also be required.
