About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Show Experience Lead in Perth. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and production of events in your city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest-quality experience and safety at every Sofar show, for audience, artists, hosts, crew, and AV team.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate connection between Sofar and the local community.
  • Manage day-of event supplies and local gear inventory.
  • Conduct venue visits and develop and host local events to bring the team and community together.
  • Scout, refer, and recommend artists, venues, crew, and community partners that align with Sofar's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and representation.
  • Work shows regularly, up to 15 per month, and be an expert on the local market, presenting recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • Deep love of live music and connection to the local music community.
  • People management experience and ability to work autonomously.
  • Sincere and empathetic approach to work and communications.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with deadlines and problem-solving.
  • Passionate about building and supporting local community.
  • Previous experience in producing live music events, customer service, or hospitality is a plus.
