Multidisciplinary Speech Pathologist Opportunity in North Western Sydney

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team in North Western Sydney and surrounding areas. As a multidisciplinary clinician, you will work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
Your role will involve creating therapy plans and providing life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding. You will work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same. You will build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports, and attend weekly team meetings in the Hub to share stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
We offer a competitive salary package, including attractive remuneration (estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per annum) based on experience, plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in a Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- A positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.
