About The Role

We are seeking Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in North Western Sydney and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers flexibility and opportunities for growth, ideal for individuals who thrive in diverse settings and enjoy working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

This role allows you to create therapy plans, utilize evidence-based measurement tools, and work closely with participants, their supports, and fellow professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes. What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary Package: An attractive remuneration package, estimated to be around $90,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience), plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for Speech Pathologists with a passion for delivering exceptional service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to personal and professional development. To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
