Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to enhance our operations. This role is essential for maintaining our fleet and ensuring optimal performance.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from routine maintenance and repairs to complex engine component overhauls. You will work on various vehicle makes and models, providing a diverse and engaging work environment.

We provide a stable employment opportunity with a competitive base rate of $39.33/h, along with additional penalties and allowances. Our employees receive full uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), and we are committed to offering numerous career advancement opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or an equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in servicing and repairing heavy commercial vehicles
  • Possession of a minimum MR license (HR license or higher preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with diagnostics using computer-controlled systems is advantageous
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
