Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to spearhead our brand's online presence and develop innovative campaigns that captivate audiences. As a key member of our creative team, you will have the opportunity to expand your strategic expertise, mentor emerging content creators, and collaborate with designers, content specialists, and broader marketing teams.

Your role will involve designing and executing our social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and X, working closely with creative teams to produce engaging content, supporting digital campaigns, and ensuring our channels are consistent, timely, and aligned with brand objectives.

You will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, tracking performance metrics, and sharing insights to inform future planning. You will report to the Social Media Director and play a pivotal role in maintaining our content's relevance, engagement, and quality.

In this role, you will create and manage high-quality, brand-aligned social media content, collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging, social-first content and campaign ideas, plan and execute digital campaigns, tailor content for global and regional markets, and monitor social media trends and competitors to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities.

To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience), familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media management tools, eagerness to learn and adapt to social media trends and best practices, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, effective communication and team collaboration skills, and experience in social media planning, scheduling, or management.

Bonus points if you also have sports & gambling knowledge, cryptocurrency knowledge, or proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Jira.

Requirements:
