Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our team.
As an Accounting Expert, you will be responsible for leading financial reporting and ensuring accuracy in month-end close. You will also own IFRS16 lease accounting and act as the Capex accounting specialist, supporting SOX testing and external audit requirements.
Key responsibilities include owning the month-end close, driving accuracy in financial reporting, leading on IFRS16 lease accounting, and acting as the Capex accounting specialist. Additionally, you will support SOX testing and external audit requirements, partner with senior leaders, IT, and Transformation teams to ensure budgets and forecasts are on track, drive automation and process improvements across finance, and provide expert accounting guidance, training, and support to the wider business.
Requirements- CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years' financial accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance.
- Experience in statutory reporting, audit, and treasury support.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach.
