Job Title: Retail Operations Leader
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced retail operations leader to oversee a portfolio of high-performing stores.
The Opportunity: As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving store operations, performance, and visual standards to deliver profitable growth and outstanding customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading by example, setting management expectations and driving performance;
- Coaching and developing senior store managers, building succession capability;
- Managing key financial KPIs, focusing on conversion to drive sales;
- Partnering with stakeholders across head office, distribution, merchandise, and buying;
- SUPPORTING STORES HANDS-ON, ENSURING OPERATIONAL AND VISUAL STANDARDS ARE CONSISTENTLY MET;
- Leading visual set-up of all new store openings;
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record in area management within a high-turnover retail environment;
- A background in fashion or department store retail is strongly preferred;
- Strong team performance management skills, with a proven success coaching senior managers;
- A highly commercial mindset, using VM and data-driven decisions to impact sales;
- A strong focus on driving and exceeding KPIs, especially conversion;
- Comfortable working hands-on in-store to support and drive outcomes;
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills;
