We are seeking qualified and assistant early childhood educators to join our team at YMCA WA's Bunbury Early Learning Centre.

What You Will Do



  • Develop and implement engaging programs that cater to diverse learning needs and interests
  • Foster genuine relationships with parents, children, and staff through effective communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to a culture of mutual respect, inclusivity, and open-mindedness within the centre

Requirements and Qualifications



  • Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience developing and implementing educational programs
  • HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children check (willing to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in an Early Learning Centre is desirable
