  • Demand Pipeline Visibility: Provide a sustainable 90-day view of the demand pipeline.
  • Synergies of Work and Resources: Enable the ability to overlay the demand pipeline with Technical & Business Road Maps to identify synergies of work and resources.
  • Agele Methodologies: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Product Backlog Management: Work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks.
  • Coching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a modern Agile environment.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Technical Background: Technical background preferred, with a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Data-Driven Environment: Experience working with data teams or in a data-driven environment is a plus.
  • Digital Projects: Experience working in Digital projects is a plus.
  • CSM Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience in Strategic planning and road mapping is an advantage.
  • Mining/Natural Resources Industry: Previous Mining/Natural Resources industry experience is an advantage.
