About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to join our team. As an Agile Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading testing projects using Agile methodologies and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all test artifacts comply with testing and documentation standards.
About the Role
- Experience in Agile and waterfall SDLC models
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to interpret requirements and develop comprehensive positive and negative test case scenarios.
- Proficient in developing test plans, scoping test cases, and executing them.
- Responsible for quality engineering activities of the application under test.
- Active participation in cross-functional team meetings, providing QA status updates.
- Experienced in both application testing and complex end-to-end integration testing.
- Experienced in leading small teams.
- Exposure to leading test automation and performance testing projects.
- Optional skills - SAP Utilities or other SAP modules and TOSCA.
Requirements and Qualifications
ISTQB Foundation Certificate is required. Experience in software testing with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Manager is also required.
