Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Waste Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our waste collection service and maintaining the highest standards across our operations.

Your primary focus will be on assisting our Supervisor City Waste in managing street and park litter bins, illegally dumped rubbish collections, and commercial waste services. You will work closely with your team to assign daily duties, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of three years' experience in waste services operations, a good working knowledge of waste disposal facility operations, and experience operating waste service plant and equipment. Additionally, you will need strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
