  • Stay current with culinary trends to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
Kitchen Operations & Management
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness in all culinary outlets.
  • Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to achieve financial goals.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

This is a senior leadership position in the hospitality industry.
