About the Role

CSL Behring is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials Support Administrator to join our dynamic Utilities Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient supply of materials required for Utilities Operations, minimizing disruptions and providing technical operational services support to the Utilities Engineering Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and forecast material requirements for utility systems to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Coordinate the ordering, receipt, processing, and sampling of bulk chemicals.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships, assessing performance based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
  • Support resolution of supply chain issues and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and purchase order processes.
  • Manage minor changes and maintain technical documentation.
  • Raise service requests, generate reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation systems.
  • Liaise with vendors and follow up on invoice processing.
  • Format presentations and respond to departmental queries.
  • Maintain the training matrix and conduct alarm report reviews.
Requirements
  • Completed VCE or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and site codes, including Good Manufacturing Practice and relevant quality policies.
  • Dedicated experience in an administration or coordination role.
