We are seeking a seasoned Workday Functional Architect to lead our implementation efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and drive the delivery of complex Workday projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Workday functional architecture, with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations. They will be responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership on functional area engagements, working closely with engagement managers, managers, and senior client resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of functional area architectures, ensuring efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive structures and project communications.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project resources, enabling them to learn new skills and functional areas.
  • Ensure issues and risks are being discussed openly with the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 full lifecycle Workday Implementations experience.
  • Current Workday Certification and certified in at least two subspecialities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
