Are you looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?
We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians at our Fulfillment Centre (FC).
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing preventative maintenance, ensuring equipment uptime, and maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Maintenance Technicians to achieve their goals.
  • Deliver and maintain Preventive Maintenance programs, including facility and contractor management.
  • Act as an ambassador for safety within the team and promote safe working practices across the site.
  • Manage maintenance-related purchase orders to maximise smooth facility operation and control of critical spare and store inventory.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all FC systems, including power distribution, automated material handling equipment, conveyance, and operational equipment.

Requirements:

  1. Formal trade qualification: Cert III In Electrotechnology or equivalent.
  2. Industrial maintenance experience.
  3. Leadership experience in supervising multi-trade teams in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing/distribution centre environment.
  4. Mentoring and developing technicians.
  5. Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments.
  6. Experience using CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
  7. Contractor management experience.
