Job Description JOB DETAILSBase Pay : $26.50 per hour - $36.50 per hour based on experience plus $0.75 shift differential3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 10 PM to 6 AM with OT as needed DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform scheduled and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
Diagnose and lead maintenance associates in the repair of industrial equipment.
Assign work orders and train maintenance associates in the repair of extrusion lines.
Work with Maintenance Leads to coordinate and prioritize job load of maintenance associates.
Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to set up and implement effective preventative maintenance programs.
Ensure safety and accuracy in all operations.
Work with Maintenance Manager in setting goals and expectations for maintenance associates Train and develop maintenance associates in preventive maintenance and repair of extrusion lines Communicate project updates, timelines, and priorities across shifts Coordinate, plan, and organize repairs for equipment and facilities, assigning work accordingly Develop and coach maintenance personnel on work standards Assign preventive maintenance tasks and oversee their completion using CMMSAssist in diagnosing and repairing facility and equipment issues Respond to on-call emergencies as needed Attend weekly shift meetings and/or monthly plant meetings Participate actively in plant safety programs Notify Maintenance Manager if tools or resources are inadequate Qualifications Minimum of ten years of maintenance experience with leadership skills, meeting all requirements of Maintenance Associate Levels 5 & 6 Knowledge of preventive maintenance scheduling, mechanical, electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, and plant utilities Additional Information Address : 2405 Campbell Rd.
