Milk Production Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced operations manager to lead our milk production team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the production team on dayshift for milk bottling and HPP processing
- Managing production workers for daily tasks, daily targets and coordinating meal breaks
- Providing hands-on production work in HPP and other areas of production as required
- Collating sales orders, printing freight paperwork, and ensuring finished goods are ready for despatch on time
- Assisting with quality checks, stock takes, delivery times, and efficiency
- Resolving any arising problems or complaints from production teams
- Driving the forklift to replenish production material and load/unload trucks
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A forklift license
- Great leadership and communication skills
- Team leader experience
- Proficient with driving production efficiency

**Working Conditions:**
This is a full-time position working 8 hour shifts per week. The ideal candidate will be able to commute from Homebush, NSW 2140 and work in person at our Sydney facility.
