The Opportunity

We are seeking an Administration & Customer Service Officer to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Reconcile, report, and audit asset management as required.
  • Maintain accurate data records in Excel and ensure consistent execution of end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.

  • You will have intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products.
