Lead a Team with Compassion and Drive

We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to inspire and support our dedicated team, ensuring the highest standard of dignity, respect, and wellbeing for our participants.   • Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of Support Workers
  • Display exceptional confidence in aged care and medication management
  • Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing support and professional development opportunities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of service plans and strategies
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
  • Build positive and collaborative team and house culture across both participants and support workers

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in high care SILs and possess a Certificate IV in Disability or a related field. Strong knowledge and understanding of disability support principles and practices, as well as current first aid and CPR certification, are also essential. The right candidate will thrive in an environment where they can make a difference in the lives of others.

Finding Success in Aged Care

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement effective service plans that meet the unique needs of each participant. Your strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to build trust and rapport with participants and their families, while ensuring their dignity and respect are upheld at all times.

Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in the development and implementation of strategies to improve the overall quality of care provided by our organization. This may involve working with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implementing new processes or procedures to address these gaps.
