About the Role

We are seeking part-time Food & Beverage Attendants to provide exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will work with the Food and Beverage Team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings;
  • Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant areas, following set procedures;
  • Take responsibility for designated sections and stations while on shift;
  • Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling.

Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate;
  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • Passion for customer service;
  • Point of Sale (POS) experience, desirable.
