Bendigo Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coding Educator/Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our Health Information Services, you will be responsible for educating and developing the Coding Services team to improve coding accuracy and provide professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver education programs for the Coding Services team to enhance coding accuracy and skills
  • Coordinate and deliver the Trainee Clinical Coder Program to ensure successful onboarding and development of new team members
  • Audit records to ensure compliance with auditing programs and standards
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Resources Division to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements
