Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the store team, creating a unique retail experience for customers, and driving business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about outdoor sports and has a strong track record of delivering exceptional sales performance. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for motivating the team to achieve sales targets, overseeing inventory and visual merchandising, and developing strategies to boost foot traffic and customer loyalty.

About You:

  • You have proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail
  • You have a strong track record of hitting sales targets and driving store performance
  • You possess stellar communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members
  • You have a proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • You are passionate about outdoor sports and have a deep understanding of the Salomon brand and products
  • You have data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to turn insights into action
  • You are flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays on a Sun-Thurs roster
