Lead Retail Operations and Drive Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective strategies to boost foot traffic and customer loyalty, and overseeing the overall performance of our store.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales-driving initiatives to meet and exceed targets
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layout to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail
  • Strong track record of hitting sales targets and driving store performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and hands-on approach with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Passion for outdoor sports and understanding of our brand and products
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with ability to turn insights into action
